At Stitchr Co, we take pride in delivering high-quality products that are carefully checked before dispatch. Since our products are part of personal wear, our return process is designed to be simple, fair, and hygiene-conscious.
1. Replacement for Issues
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we will assist you with a replacement.
Please contact us at care@thestitchr.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us resolve your request quickly, a clear unboxing video is required.
The video should begin before opening the package, show the sealed parcel with the shipping label, and clearly capture the issue.
Requests without valid video proof may not be processed.
3. Return Eligibility
Returns are not supported in the following cases:
Products that have been used, worn, or washed
Items without original packaging
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
4. Size and Fit
All Stitchr Co socks are unisex and free size, designed to fit most users comfortably.
Because of this, returns or exchanges are not applicable for size or fit preferences.
5. Product Appearance
We aim to present products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
6. Process

Share your Order ID, issue details, and unboxing video
Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and provide the next steps.
7. Refunds
If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued after verification.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
9. Final Note
We are always happy to help with genuine concerns. Requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved.
